Your minimum required distributions from your IRA, 401(k), 403(b), or any other plan to which you have contributed beginning in the year you turn 70 and 6 months. Your minimum required distribution is calculated by taking the balance in your account on 12/31 of last year and dividing it by the factor next to your age on the chart.
